At the same time, the development of standards for the unification and standardisation of the power supply market provides a legally binding document.


The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has developed a number of standards related to power supply, such as DC stabilised power supply standards: IEC478.1-1 974 "DC Output Stabilised Power Supply Terminology"; IEC478.2-1986 "DC Output Stabilised Power Supply Rating and Performance"; IEC478.3-1989 "DC Output Stabilised Power Supply Terminology"; IEC478.3-1989 "DC Output Stabilised Power Supply Rating and Performance". IEC478.3-1989 "DC output stabilised power supply reference level and measurement of conducted electromagnetic interference"; IEC478.4-1976 "DC output stabilised power supply except radio frequency interference test method"; IEC478.5-1993 "DC output stabilised power supply resistance near-field magnetic field component measurement". For a long time, these two standards have played a great role in the research and production of DC stable power supply in China.


International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in 1980 promulgated the IEC686-80 "AC output stabilised power supply", with reference to the development of the standard of China's national standards GB/T "AC output stabilised power supply general specification" has been submitted for approval, the standard terminology, technical requirements and test methods with reference to the IEC686, in addition to the 1994. The former Ministry of Electronics Industry promulgated the electronics industry standard SJ/T10541-94 "anti-interference AC regulated power supply general technical conditions" and SJ/T10542-94 "anti-interference AC regulated power supply test methods", the standard by the China Power Supply Society AC stabilisation of power supply professional committee and the relevant domestic power supply The standard is compiled by the AC stable power supply professional committee of China power supply society and relevant domestic power supply factories, institutes and testing organisations, etc. It has made detailed provisions on the technical requirements, environmental requirements and corresponding test methods and quality inspection rules for the ordinary and anti-interference AC stable power supply. Since the release and implementation of this standard, it has been widely used in the field of AC voltage regulator technology.


Some other standards, such as with IEC443-1974 "measurement of stable power supply device" corresponding to China's Ministry of Electronics Industry standard SJ/Z9035-87 "measurement of stable power supply device" and so on have also been applied in a certain range.


In recent years the rise of switching power supply and uninterruptible power supply, China has also formulated the corresponding national standards, such as GB/T14714-93 "micro-small computer system equipment with switching power supply general technical conditions", GB/T14715-93 "information technology equipment with the uninterruptible power supply general technical conditions," and so on, in the related It is also widely used in related fields.  The original standard SJ1670-80 "Terminology of electronic equipment power supply" has been 20 years ago, and many explanations of terminology have been contradicted with the current standard, therefore, this year, the standardisation institute of the Ministry of Information Industry organised a revision of the standard, retaining some of the terms still applicable to the original standard, and making greater adjustments to the classification method of the standard, the purpose of this revised standard is to enhance the standard, and to improve the standard, so as to improve the standard of power supply. The purpose of this revision of the standard is to enhance the applicability of the standard, therefore, we are based on the modern power supply in the field of the most commonly used types of power supply classification, give their terms and definitions, the general part of a separate chapter, each chapter of terms and definitions with reference to the corresponding international standards and national standards, the end of this year, the standard was submitted to the completion of the report.  At present, China's military power supply system has more problems, the overall status of the power supply system is less reliable, poor maintainability, electromagnetic compatibility problems are more prominent, can not achieve interoperability, interchangeability, etc., and there is no power supply system of the military standard, which results in the production of various production plants to do their own thing, the production of power supply products can not be compatible with the power supply of equipment supporting non-standardised, non-professional, non-standardisation This has seriously affected the overall reliability of military equipment and its development. Therefore, in order to improve the overall level of China's military power supply as soon as possible, to fundamentally solve the military equipment in the field of power supply systems can not meet the needs of war preparation contradictions, as soon as possible to develop national standards of military power supply systems has been a pressing matter.


In short, the level of standard setting to a certain extent reflects the level of product development and production, therefore, as soon as possible to improve China's power supply standard system, accelerate the process of its preparation and revision will promote power supply manufacturers in the technical level and product quality and other aspects of the faster development and improvement, so as to make China's power supply technology level to the international advanced standards close to China's power supply products to enter the international market to lay the technical foundation. The standard will be revised in the future.
