The F4455B is a high performance single chip ASK transmitter IC for wireless applications in the 300 to 450Mhz band. No internal configuration is required, it is truly a data input, antenna output device. The chip has an internal power management function that shuts down the chip when there is no data input, and the quiescent current address is 1uA; the chip has an internal power management function that shuts down the chip when there is no data input.
