Wireless Receiver Chip
The SCSR121 is an integrated wireless receiver chip based on the super-regenerative principle. The SCSR121 integrates a low dropout linear regulator, a bandgap reference current source, a preamplifier, a super-regenerative oscillator, an off signal generator, and an envelope detector demodulator. Typical applications are in the ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) band at 315/433.92MHz with OOK (On Off Keying) modulation. The chip demodulates the received RF signal and outputs a CMOS signal.
