Products

The SCSR120 is an integrated wireless receiver chip based on the super-regenerative principle. The SCSR120 integrates a low dropout linear regulator, a bandgap reference current source, a preamplifier, a super-regenerative oscillator, an off signal generator, and an envelope detector demodulator. Typical applications are in the 315/433.92 MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) frequency band with OOK (On Off Keying) modulation.
